Are you a fashion business owner looking to grow your company? Would you like to bounce ideas, learn, and collaborate with fellow entrepreneurs? What about picking the brain of industry experts and receiving mentorship from seasoned coaches? Most importantly, are you ready to commit yourself and your business to a strategic development plan from January to November, 2023?

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible to the EN MODE CROISSANCE program, you must:
- Be a mmode member in good standing (annual membership : $60 + tax);
- Be the sole or partial owner of your company;
- Have been in operation between 2 and 5 years;
- Have an annual turnover and sales revenue adding up to less than $250,000;
- Submit your application by January 12th, 2023, 11:59 p.m. (EST).
PLAN & STRUCTURE
- Program duration: January to November;
- Monthly group workshops (for a minium of ten workshops) covering different thematics with fashion experts and/or renown entrepreneurs;
- Twinning with seasoned mentors;
- Personalized coaching;
- Potential meetings with key fashion industry players;
- Co-development sessions with peers;
- Assistance and support from the mmode team;
- Special access to fashion events and trainings, including events from mmode’s partners;
- Increased exposure through mmode’s network.

The 2022 cohorts of the mmode accelerator program
Among dozens of applications received, the 18 entrepreneurs with high potential below have been selected to be part of the 2022 cohort of the mmode Accelerator!
Founders, CEOs, owners and/or designers, these entrepreneurs will benefit from a tailor-made program that meets their individual business needs and goals. This includes matchmaking and several meetings with a seasoned mentor from the fashion industry, coaching sessions with experts, group workshops with renowned guests, co-development activities and more!

About En mode croissance
This first accelerator dedicated exclusively to Quebec’s fashion sector aims to propel the growth of high-potential companies. Leveraging the expertise of its rich ecosystem and an unparalleled network of key industry players, mmode offers this highly customized program focused on the specific needs and development of participating entrepreneurs.
How the Accelerator Works
En mode croissance aims to help make participant businesses more competitive and profitable across markets, speeding up the implementation of winning strategies to drive innovation and growth. For the equivalent of one or two days per month during a 12 month period, selected candidates will undertake a highly personalized program focused on their specific development needs. Following a thorough business diagnosis and psychometric tests carried out by professionals, participants will benefit from a tailor-made pathway to address their individual business needs and objectives. This includes being paired and several meetings with a seasoned mentor from the fashion industry, coaching sessions with experts and workshops with renowned guests. Many other opportunities for sharing and developing knowledge and management skills will be created, among other things through peer co-development sessions.
